Muscle Work

You work out to achieve results – right? Most people don’t do it purely for fun so I am guessing you do want to see something in return for your hard work.

To achieve the very best results, you always should ask yourself which muscle you are actually working. I see so many people doing an exercise, copying what they have been told to do, or what someone has shown them but without really thinking about the muscle (group) they are working. If you focus your thoughts on that one muscle, you will need to do a lot less repetitions to achieve the same result! And personally – I am all for seeing more results with less effort.

So use your brain power and concentrate. You’ll really notice the difference.
