		<description>This is basically an Atkins no carbohydrate diet. 

If the author is concerned about the earth, then s/he might want to consider that the biggest thing one can do to stop CO2 production is to stop consuming meat. 

And all the claims about peanuts are not nuts, eggs are meat, butter is good for you....etc. are crazy on their face and not backed by anything.
