Power 20 App – a really great find for busy people!

You simply have to try this, it's the perfect workout to do when you are in a hurry and presented in a super easy, clear way.

Power20 imagePower20 (find it in your App Store), first of all allows you to select your level of workout based on the number of push-ups you can currently do. It then offers you a selection of work-outs at that level so you don't really get bored. All of the exercises are timed for you, so you don't even have to look at the clock, just simply follow the instructions as you go through each series. You always have time to see what you are supposed to do next, and can get further instruction on your phone or tablet if needed without having to leave the app.

My physio swears by it herself, and having tried it, I must say I am truly impressed. If you manage to do this a couple of times a week, I am pretty sure you'll see results before the month is out. Perfect for travelers, people with kids, dogs, cats or other living creatures and jobs demanding their time!

And ofcourse, if you want to, you can always do two workouts of 20 mins each for double points 😉
