Yoga and balancing move

Yoga exercise

This is a great move to practice your core strength and stability! Initially set yourself up in front of a wall, about 30cm away so you have space to move your legs and back in position. Once you are confident - you can move away further from the wall and try it in open space. It's very doable once you have the knack down. The trick for those of you brave enough to try, is to make sure you swivel your hips BEFORE you move your legs up (or coming down, before you move your legs downward). Have fun!!!
