About
This blog will be about providing you with lots of information about health, fitness, sports and anything related. It is not meant to necessarily teach – but to help you keep on track with your fitness goals, inspire you on those days that you get up and really don’t feel like going to the gym, give you a yummy recipe without all the calories and share with you my philosophies on a healthy and happy life.
Why would you read this? Well, I have been a sports enthusiast now for over 45 years – starting when I was a kid and always running around outside, climbing in trees and jumping (or mostly stumbling) over woodblocks and hedges. For me sport and fitness are a Passion with a capital P. When I get down, I grab my running shoes. When I get back I feel better, optimistic and ready to face challenges.
From my early days in sports, I moved through various phases – became an aerobic teacher when I was 23, did a Sports Massage study in my late 20′s, became a triathlete in my early thirties and picked up a heap of knowledge along the way.
The one thing I want to share with you right here and now is that you have to work with what YOU have. I have so often been told: “I want to look like you”, but we all have a different frame, different energy levels, different metabolic rates…so start by learning and understanding your own make-up.
And then we can work on making that into the best you have ever looked – together.

Biography:
In my spare time
, I am an entrepreneur. I co-founded two companies both of which are doing well, despite the current crisis! The first one, OHM Business Development, helps technology clients find their way into the large organisations at the highest level possible. The second, E.Factor, is also one of my other great passions. The E.Factor is a global network for entrepreneurs like myself, giving them access to advice and information, funding, great cost savings and helps them promote their businesses to the world.
I write a blog on E.Factor every week with tips on Entrepreneurship and with a special focus on doing business globally.
